To put it simply, Brian is good people. And he happens to be a terrific builder. We can’t say enough about the experience. He made it totally painless and we are so pleased with the result.
Building a home was a new experience for us. Some builders have a way of talking down to you. Brian never, ever did that. He was straight up in telling us not what we wanted to hear, but what we needed to hear. One of the things we appreciated most was Brian’s honesty.
Not only was this our first home, we hadn’t relocated yet so we were building it from long-distance — Philadelphia. Brian rose to the occasion. Any time an issue came up, Brian took care of it. We’ve heard so many horror stories about builders, but for us the experience was great. If we ever build again, we wouldn’t even bother talking to other builders. We’d just call Brian.
